We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. A.doll do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 2-10 business days and Express orders can still take up to 1-5 business days. International standard orders may take 4-14 business days, this is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Local delivery may take 1-3 business days after being purchased. You will get a confirmation email or message through chat saying it's been delivered. For local delivery you can contact me on Instagram, Chat or Email if you'll like your items delivered same day.
How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. A.doll is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges. Please be mindful your products may be delayed due to COVID-19, A.doll will try their best to have your items on time.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a A.doll Gift Card. A.doll is currently offering eGift Card of the minimum of $25 - Maximum $200. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem the card. The recipient heads over to your store and finds items to purchase. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers help A.doll and our customers follow the progress of packages as they make their way to their destinations.
Customers can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and in their My Orders page. Once we send your orders out you'll automatically receive a Tracking number. Remember once your package is out of our hands A.doll isn't responsible for any lost products.
